Have you thought of child adoption?

There are couples who are not blessed with children. There are many reasons for this:
they choose not to have children at the early stage of the marriage,
because they are too busy in their own career;
Either one of the couple is infertile
they’d rather not have one because they would feel burdened and so they'd
rather have a pet;
Because of a traumatic experience in their own family, they’d rather not
have children
A child would bring in an expense to the couple, and they are not ready
for this.

Children
are angels. they make you laugh, they make you a caring and loving person. Of course, this would depend on the couple’s relationship. Whatever is happening to the couple has a bearing on the life and happiness of the child.

I’ve seen couples who waited for a year or two to have child, and when the time came when they thought that they were ready, there was no conception.

Some couples do not want children because they feel that a child would be a burden for their travel, so a dog is preferred.

One of the couple may have experienced a child abuse, so for fear of it happening to her/his own child, they’d rather not have.

Some thought that with their income, they could not afford the expenses that would be entailed in raising a child.

Others, they really want a child, but because of infertility, they can’t have it.

Whatever is the reason, please ask for discernment, what is be the plan of God for you. There is a reason to everything that is happening in our life, a child included. God allows it to happen, so do not despair if you don not have that longed for child.
Abram and Sara were blessed with a child by God during their senior years.

There are children in the orphanages who need the loving care of a family, why not be a parent for them. God will bless you tremendously.

Sam and Diane McMutrie are parents of three grown up children and already in their 50’s when they adopted a Haitian boy. Why not you?

Go to the link below for the story of the couple’s adoption of the boy.
