China landslide & floods affected 117 million people

The recent torrential rain in China caused 701 dead and 347 missing, the result of landslides and floods. More than 100 cities got flooded and 645,000 houses collapsed. In 27 provinces and seven cities, 117 million were affected.

This calamity overtook, far more worse, the one we suffered in September 2009 brought by the typhoon Ondoy in the Philippines.

We are a prayerful nation, we find strength in God. We thank Him and all the people from the Philippines, and other countries who responded to the need of calamity stricken people. Let’s do the same for China: not only in material things, but prayer as well.
