Rodrigo Duterte may be the answer to the Philippines" problem of terrorism. He has the gut and political will to stop it. He could be another Saul turned Paul.
Based on his credentials, he may be the people's choice to continue the mission of P-noy for the straight path.
Duterte's Education/accomplishments:
- Bachelor of Arts - Lyceum of the Phils.
- Law San Beda College
- Lawyer, prosecutor, Mayor and many times reelected as mayor of Davao City
- Congressman
- He set the example by appointing the Lumad and Moro as Deputy Mayors in the city government and later copied in other parts of the country.
- Under his leadership, Davao City won the National Literacy Hall of Fame Award as a three-time first place winner in the Outstanding Local Government Unit Highly Urbanized City category. (source of info, Wiki)
- Davao city is noted for its cleanliness, and people are confident that they are safe from bad elements.
- Davao is smoking and liquor free because of Duterte's ordinances.
If Marwan (Zulkifli Abdhir) was not terminated, the PNP-SAF, could foresee that thousands of lives would be lost: peacekeepers, as well, as civilians.
Let us not go with the negative emotion being fanned by the forces who are motivated to go to higher office.
Wasn't Mamasapano incident allowed by the Almighty Father to rethink our position on the BBL law, about the sincerity of the MILF? If the law is passed, the MILF would be allocated P70M, whIle the peacekeepers' budget is P80M for the whole country. Is this fair? Besides, would the MILF stop its arms manufacturing. It is the USA's experience that in aiding a country, the aid is used to strengthen their arms against the USA. What guaranty that this would not happen here?
Not all Muslims cannot be trusted. There are Muslims in metro Manila who live harmoniously with Christians.
Wouldn't this be the proper time for the call of Duterte for Federalism?
Rodrigo Duterte, Davao city mayor may be considered as PDP-Laban candidate for the 2016 poll for presidency. Let's pray for the Father's anointing for the best man to do the job, for a peaceful, prosperous, GOD-loving Philippines.
