Healthy Foods





Cholesterol should come from healthy, grass–fed animals, not fed with antibiotics or GMO. So with fish, they should be grown in its natural habitat, the ocean.

Some of the best sources of cholesterol are: butter, raw egg yolk, unpasteurized  milk

Farm fish is fed with antibiotics, growth enhancer. And because of their confined place, multiplying in such confined place, they tend to be short of oxygen; the result? Fish-kill!
 
Scientific studies are not based on “real foods”Therefore, it’s not reliable.
Carbo and sugar is the culprit for heart disease.
