In the Philippines, it is usually the male who “kiss and tell” and not the other way around.
Women however feel disgraced if the relationship that has gone beyond kissing does not lead to the altar. I may be out of touch with reality. but just the other night, I heard Bro Jun Banaag, known as Dr. Love, was counseling the parent of a young girl who got pregnant because she engaged in a group sex. So the girl doesn’t know who the father of the child is.
If this case has been going on, what would stop the young from engaging in such act if the Reproductive Health Bill is passed. Easy access to contraceptives would give them the boldness to indiscriminate sex act.
What is crucial here is moral regeneration, not only the Church, but the people in the government should work hand hand with the church.
