In the desire of the younger members of the families for a better life, they are lured by the evil recruiters to go to Manila only to find themselves in prostitution houses. There was an instance when a child below 14 was brought to another Asian country with the promise to the father that the child would be better off with them. It was found out later that the child was brought to the prostitution house where she eventually died.
These incidents happen not only in the Philippines, but other third world countries.
Don’t be lured by grand promises of the greedy men. Pray for discernment, trust in the Lord.
