There is no Bad Cholesterol. Role of Vitamins D, E, K, CLA

Cholesterol is important because all the cells are coated by it. Without  cholesterol, the cells will leak and it will open up to the entry of virus, bacteria.

Role of Vitamins D, E, K, CLA

  • Vitamin  D comes from LDL  cholesterol

controls 1,000 genes for immune signaling purposes
             It is also a hormone;

It is  involved in absorption of  calcium, makes the bone
sturdy. Lack of Vitamin D will result to osteoporosis

  • Vitamin E is a powerful anti oxidant. It prevents damage caused by polyunsaturated fat.
  • Vitamin K  prevents bleeding, important for bone building, important to fight cancer,  also involved  in bone building

All the above-mentioned vitamins can be found in unpasteurized milk

Unpasteurized milk has 12 vitamins that kill cancer. But once pasteurized, it is all gone.

Children not given cream of milk, develops diabetes, becomes violent.

Without  fat, all the vitamins are just discarded.

Conjugated lenoleic acid (CLA)  can stop cancer in all stages: Initiation, promotion, growth, and metastasis.

CLA can stop  these stages al at the same time., whereas chemo can only stop one stage at a time

CLA is also a powerful anti oxidant, also prevents heart attack

You can get CLA from cream of milk and saturated fat, bone
       marrow, unpasteurized milk.

Butter stabilizes the gastrointestinal system

Salt lack in the diet will lead to malignant hypertension

Saturated fat deficiency causes obesity, cancer, stroke, heart attack.

BREAST MILK IS 10X STRONGER THAT UNPASTEURIZED MILK

.IF YOU ARE ON A PYRAMID DIET, YOU GET: OBESITY, DIABETES, CANCER, STROKE, HEART ATTACK. PYRAMID DIET HAS MORE CARBOHYDRATES AND  NO SATURATED FAT
