The people of Legazpi have been evacuated to evacuation centers for fear of a stronger eruption of the Mayon volcano. Now the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Philvocs) is considering lowering the Mayon volcano alert level from 4 to 3 if it does not act up in the next few days.
