Philippine election

Some people are so disgruntled with the way things are happening in the Philippines, the stench of corruption that is permeating in the Philippines that they are saying: "what's the use of voting, it would not matter anyway".

The more that we should get involved. We should not rely however, only on our strength, seek the help of God. If the majority of the people will pray for the turn around of the country, He will listen to us, but we have to be guided by His commandments. The ten commandments is summarized as: Love God above all else and love your neighbor as you love yourself.

Do you know that it's a sin to lose hope. Meaning, we do not have faith in God.

"Thus says the LORD: Cursed is the man who trusts in human beings, who seeks his strength in flesh, whose heart turns away from the LORD. 6 He is like a barren bush in the desert that enjoys no change of season, but stands in a lava waste, a salt and empty earth. 7 Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, whose hope is the LORD. 8 He is like a tree planted beside the waters that stretches out its roots to the stream: It fears not the heat when it comes, its leaves stay green; in the year of drought it shows no distress, but still bears fruit."
