I had a painful parting with my son because of a girl. I am accused of being selfish!
Selfish, when I give the best things for them and the remnant goes to me.
Selfish - when I sacrificed my career for them.
Anyway, when these moments come, I turn to God to ask for forgiveness, for the hurting words that each of us have uttered. Pray that everything will turn out right.
God allows these things to happen for a purpose. We just don't understand it. God's way is different from our way.
